　７色の色鉛筆、紙
(Seven colored pencils and a sheet of paper.)

・方法(Procedure)

　紙を１０センチの正方形に切ります。
　紙の中心に円を描いて、その中に自分と相手の名前を書きます。
　名前を書いた円の周りに７枚の花びらをつけます。
　その花びら１枚１枚に違う色を塗って、７色の花びらを持つ花の絵を作ります。
　その絵を枕元に置いて寝ると、お互いに素直な気持ちになって仲良しになれます。
(Cut off a square-shaped paper, 10cm each side. At the centre of the paper, draw a circle and write down your name and the other’s name inside it. Draw flower petals around the circle and color each of them in a different color. Then, place the paper underneath your pillow before you go to bed. You both will be more honest with each other and be friends again. )

・注意点(Important point.)

　花びらの色は、自分の好きな色で構いません。
(You can use whatever color you like for the seven flower petals.)
