　呪文、リップクリーム
(The Spell “Charm up!”, a lip cream)

・方法(Procedure)

　自分の顔を鏡に映す。
(Look into the mirror.)

　鏡に映ったコンプレックスに思っている所(目、鼻、まゆ、唇など)に、リップクリームでハートマークを描く。
(Draw a heart on your reflection where you hate about yourself. (i.e. eyes, nose, brows, lips) with a lip cream.)

　リップクリームのハートマークにキスをして、「CHARM UP！(チャーム　アップ！)」と唱えながら最高の笑顔を作る。
(Then, kiss the mark you made and chant “Charm up!” with a great smile.)

　続ける事で、コンプレックスが治ります。
(If you keep on doing this, you can get over your inferiority complex.)

・注意点(Important point.)

　最低でも、１週間は続ける事。
(Keep doing this for at least a week.)
