・方法(Procedure)

　夜、寝る前に好きな人の事を考えながら、ゆっくりと水を飲み干す。
(Drink the water from the glass before sleeping, while imagining your love interest.)

　空になったコップを枕元に置き、好きな人とおしゃべりしている自分を想像しながら寝る。
(Put the empty glass by the pillow and imagine yourself talking to your love interest before you go to sleep.)

・注意点(Important point.)

　飲み干す水は、コップに半分ほど入れる。
(Fill just half of the glass with water.)

　水はゆっくり飲む事。
(Drink the water slowly)

　寝相が悪い人は、割れないコップにする。
(If you toss a lot during your sleep, you can use plastic cup instead of glass.)
