　ドングリ、金色のペン、オレンジ色のペン、オレンジ色の小袋
(An acorn, gold inked pen, orange inked pen, and an orange bag (small))

・方法(Procedure)

　ドングリ全体を金色に塗り、そのドングリにオレンジ色のペンで太陽の絵を描きます。
(Paint the acorn gold using the gold inked pen, then draw a sun using the orange inked pen.)

　天気の良い日にドングリをお日さまに当てて、太陽パワーをドングリに取り入れます。
(Put the acorn under the sun on a fine day, and draw in the power of the sun into the acorn.)

　それをオレンジ色の小袋に入れて持ち歩くと、太陽パワーで嫌や事を忘れて前向きになれます。
(Put this acorn inside an orange bag and bring it with you at all times.? The solar energy will make you forget the bad things and make you feel positive.)


・注意点(Important point.)

　太陽パワーは一週間以上続きます。
(The power will last for a week.)

　パワーが無くなってきたと感じたら、再びお日さまに当てて太陽パワーを補充して下さい。
(If you don’t feel the power anymore, then put the acorn under the sun again to recharge.)
