・方法(Procedure)

　体の悪い部分を紙に書きます。(ニキビ、歯痛、花粉症など)
(Write down your physical problem (e.g. pimples, toothache, hay fever, etc).)

　緑のリボンをハサミの指を入れる大きい方の穴に結んで、「花粉症退散！」などと唱えながら、紙を細かく切り刻みます。
(Tie a green ribbon to a holding ring (bigger one) of scissors.? Repeat spell words aloud like “Go away, hay fever!’ and chop the paper into pieces.)

　切り刻んだ紙は封筒に入れて、中身が出ないようにしっかりと封をしてから捨てます。
(Put all the pieces of paper into an envelope.? Seal the envelope thoroughly so these pieces are kept inside.? Then, trash the envelope.)

　おまじないの力で、紙に書いて切り刻んだ体の悪い部分が少しずつ改善されます。
(Then, bit by bit, the spell will cure you physically.)

　ハサミを使う時は、怪我に注意。
(Beware when you use scissors.? Don’t get hurt.)

　緑のリボンには、ヒーリング(治癒)の効果があります。
