　ヒイラギの葉っぱ×９、赤い糸
(Nine leaves of holly, red thread)

・方法(Procedure)

　ヒイラギの葉っぱを９枚重ねて根元を赤い糸で縛り、日当たりの良い場所につるしてパリパリに乾燥させます。
(Lay nine leaves of holly one on top of another, and tie their petiole together with a red thread.  Hang them in the sun to dry until the leaves crispy.)

　それを手でもんで粉々にした物を小袋に入れて持ち歩くと、いじめに合いにくくなります。
(Knead the leaves to pieces and put them in a small bag and carry with you.  Then you’ll be prevented from bullying.)

・注意点(Important point.)

　ヒイラギには、邪悪な物から身を守る力があると言われています。
(It is said that leaves of holly has an ability to protect you from evil.)
