　ドングリ、金色の油性ペン、黄色の布
(acorns, gold inked pen, red cloth)

・方法(Procedure)

　形の良いドングリを拾ったら、良く洗って日光で乾かし、金色の油性ペンで金色に塗って、また日光で乾かします。
(Glean well-shaped acorns, wash well and dry them in the sun, paint them gold with gold inked pen then dry them in the sun again.)

　黄色い布で小袋を作って小袋に金色のドングリを入れて身につけていると、おまじないの力で健康になれます。
(Make a small bag from yellow cloth and put the acorns into the bag then carry it with you. The charm makes you get better.)

・注意点(Important point.)

　ドングリは、形が良い物ほど効果的。
(The better the acorns shaped, the better the charm works.)

　形が良くても、虫食いのドングリはさけてください。
(If the acorn shapes well, you should not use worm-eaten one.)
