　ヒマワリの種×２粒、黄色い布
(2 pieces of sunflower kernels and yellow colored cloths)

・方法(Procedure)

　ヒマワリの種を小さな黄色い布で包み、靴の左右に入れます。
(Wrap 2 pieces of sunflower kernels into yellow colored cloths piece by piece.)

　靴を履くたびに、『ヒマワリの精、私の背を高くしてください』と声に出して唱える。
(Every time you put on your shoes, speak up “Please grow me taller, sunflower fairy”.)

　毎日続けていると、おまじないの力で少しずつ背が伸びていきます。
(Keep that every day, charm will be effective, and you’ll grow taller little by little.)

・注意点(Important point.)

　黄色い布は太陽を意味しています。
(Yellow colored cloth means the Sun.)

　ヒマワリの種と黄色い布は、時々太陽の光で乾燥(消毒)してください。
(Dry(disinfect) the kernels and yellow cloths by the sun.)
