・方法(Procedure)

　嫌な事があったら、その内容を出来るだけ詳しく手紙に書いて封筒に入れる。
(To write bad things as much information as possible on a letter, and to put it in envelop.)

　「封印！」と言いながら封筒を机の引き出しの奥に入れると、嫌な事を忘れてすっきり出来る。
(To put the envelop at the back of a drawer with saying ‘sealing!’.  Then you can forget the bad things at all.)

・注意点(Important point.)

　封筒には、嫌な事を思い出す様な目印を付けない事。
(Don’t put a mark on envelop that you remember the bad things.)

　封筒に書かれた嫌な事を忘れたら(気にならなくなったら)、中を開けずに封筒を捨てる事。
(When you forgot or you don’t bother anymore the bad things in envelop, throw it away without opening.)
