・アイテム(Items necessary)

　紙、消しゴム、赤色のペン。
(A piece of paper, an eraser, a red inked pen)

・方法(Procedure)

　友だちの秘密など、人に言ってはいけない事ほど人に言いたくなるもの。
(People love to say what they shouldn’t say others such as secret of friends.)

　その気持ちを静めるには、言いたい事を声に出しながら紙に書いては消しゴムで消します。
(To calm down the desire, write down what you want to say on a piece of paper while reading that and erase.)

　それを３回繰り返して紙を四つ折にして、その四つ折にした紙に赤色のペンで『封印』と声に出しながら書いてゴミ箱に捨てる。
(Repeat that 3 times and fold the paper in four. And write down “封印（Sealed）” on the paper while reading the word and dump it in a trash.)

・注意点(Important point.)

　最後の『封印』は、出来るだけ大きな声で言う。
(Read the last word “封印” in a loud voice as far as possible.)

　封印の代わりに『×(ばつ)』と書いても良い。
(You can write “×（Cross mark）” instead of “封印”.)
