蓋付きのガラス製の小瓶に、自分の好きな飴を入れておきます。
(Put your favorite candies into a small glass bottle with a lid.)
満月の夜、その小瓶を窓際に置いて、満月の明かりを十分に吸収させます。
(At the night with a full moon, put the bottle by the window and expose it to the moonlight well.)
翌朝に満月のパワーを吸収した飴をなめると、満月のパワーでキレイな姿、やさしい心になれます。
