・方法(Procedure)

　好きな人が写っている写真の上に、自分のヘアゴムを置く。
(On a photo of your secret love, place your rubber hair band.)

　両手の親指と人差し指で、ハートマークを作る。
(Make a shape of heart with your thumbs and index fingers.)

　好きな人を思い浮かべながら、ハートマークを通して自分の息をヘアゴムに吹きかける。
(Think of your secret love and blow, through the shape of heart, towards the rubber hair band.)

　想いを込めたヘアゴムで、髪の毛を結う。
(Now the rubber hair band is full of your love.? Tie up your hair with it.)

・注意点(Important point.)

　想いを込めたヘアゴムを作るのは、髪を結う直前。
(You should do this love spell just before you tie up your hair.)

　ヘアゴムは、同じ物を使わなくても大丈夫。
(You won’t necessarily have to use the same hair band.)

　写真は、携帯で撮った写真でもOK
