　ライオンの絵
(Drawing of a lion.)

・方法(Procedure)

　紙にライオンの絵を描いて、自分の胸に乗せます。
(Draw a lion on paper and put it on your chest.)

　絵のライオンが自分の臆病な心臓を食べてくれる事を想像しながら、『ライオンさん、チキンハートを食べて下さい』と唱えます。
(Imagine the lion you just drew will eat up your timid heart and say, “Mr. Lion, please eat up my chicken heart.”)

　おまじないの力で臆病な心が消えて、その代わりに勇気がわいてきます。
(The good luck spell will remove your timid heart and bring out your courage instead.)

・注意点(Important point.)

　無事に勇気が出せたら『ライオンさん、ありがとう』と、ライオンに感謝のお礼をして下さい。
(When you feel more brave, you should show your gratitude to Mr. Lion by saying “Thank you, Mr. Lion.”)
