一本のヒマワリからグループの人数分の種を取って小皿に入れる。
(Take the same number of seeds as your group member from a sunflower and put it on a saucer.)
毎朝、霧吹きで少量の水を小皿のヒマワリの種に吹きかけながら、『みんな仲良し』と声に出して唱える。
(Every morning, spray a small amount of water on the sunflower seeds while reciting “We are all friends.”)
それを４日間続けたヒマワリの種をグループのみんなが１粒ずつ持っていると、おまじないの力でグループのきずながより深まります。
(Repeat this for four days, then, give the seed to each member of your group. The charm will strengthen your bond.)
