・方法(Procedure)

　生卵の殻に克服したい苦手な物の名前(または絵)を書く。
(Draw or write the name of the thing one fears/dislikes on an egg.)

　一晩冷蔵庫に入れたその玉子で料理を作り、苦手な物を好きになっている様子を想像しながら食べると苦手な物が少しずつ克服出来ます。
(After leaving the egg for a night in a refrigerator, cook the egg and eat the egg.  While you eat the egg, imagine yourself loving the thing you fear or hate.  You will then start to get over your fear or your dislike.)

・注意点(Important point.)

　玉子が嫌いな人は、無理に行わない事。
(If you hate eggs, don’t try this charm.)
