・Items necessary.
　A sheet of paper, an eraser and a red pen.

・Procedure.
　The more secretive the episode is, such as your friends’ secrets, the more you feel tempted to talk to someone.
　In order to suppress your temptation, write down the secrets while talking them out loud to yourself.  Then, use an eraser to erase the secrets.
　Repeat doing so three times and fold the paper in four.  Saying “Seal” out loud, write the word on the paper with a red pen.  Then, put it into a trash bin.

・Important point.
　When you write “Seal” on the paper, say it as loud as you can.
　Instead of “Seal,” you can write a cross mark (×).
