・アイテム(Items necessary)

　紙、消しゴム、赤色のペン。
(A sheet of paper, an eraser and a red pen.)

・方法(Procedure)

　友だちの秘密など、人に言ってはいけない事ほど人に言いたくなるもの。
(The more secretive the episode is, such as your friends’ secrets, the more you feel tempted to talk to someone.)

　その気持ちを静めるには、言いたい事を声に出しながら紙に書いては消しゴムで消します。
(In order to suppress your temptation, write down the secrets while talking them out loud to yourself.  Then, use an eraser to erase the secrets.)

　それを３回繰り返して紙を四つ折にして、その四つ折にした紙に赤色のペンで『封印』と声に出しながら書いてゴミ箱に捨てる。
(Repeat doing so three times and fold the paper in four.  Saying “Seal” out loud, write the word on the paper with a red pen.  Then, put it into a trash bin.)

・注意点(Important point.)

　最後の『封印』は、出来るだけ大きな声で言う。
(When you write “Seal” on the paper, say it as loud as you can.)

　封印の代わりに『×(ばつ)』と書いても良い。
(Instead of “Seal,” you can write a cross mark (×).)
