　ライバルの髪の毛。
(Your competitor’s hair.)

・方法(Procedure)

　抜け毛でも構わないので、ライバルに気づかれないようにライバルの髪の毛を１本手に入れます。
(Even his/her hair that naturally came off will be fine.  Get a hair from your competitor without being noticed.)

　そのライバルの髪の毛をハサミで短く切り刻み、トイレットペーパーに包んでトイレに流します。
(Cut the hair up with scissors, wrap up the pieces with toilet tissues and flush it down the toilet.)

　おまじないの力でライバルの気力が下がり、ライバルに勝てる確率が高まります。
(Then, the spell will lower your competitor’s energy level and you’ll more likely beat him/her.)

・注意点(Important point.)

　おまじないの後、石けんで手を良く洗わないと自分の気力も下がります。
(After making the spell, wash your hands fully, or your energy level will be lowered too.)

　ハサミを使うので、怪我をしないように注意。
(Just to avoid getting hurt, beware of using scissors.)
