　When your condition is poor, cut a leaf into a shape of man.  Blow the leaf and create an image that your poor condition will be transferred to the leaf.
　Then, let the leaf flow along the river, and leave the place without turning.

　 People used to let a man-shaped model or doll made of paper flow along the river. Nowadays, the custom can cause environmental destruction so we use a leaf instead.
　If there is no river in your vicinity, you can make a man-shaped model using toilet paper and flush it down in the toilet.
