　葉っぱ。

・方法(Procedure)

　体調が悪いときは葉っぱを人型に切って、その人型の葉っぱに息を吹きかけながら、自分の悪い体調が葉っぱに移るイメージを思い浮かべます。
(When your condition is poor, cut a leaf into a shape of man.  Blow the leaf and create an image that your poor condition will be transferred to the leaf.)

　あとはその葉っぱを川に流し、振り返らずにその場を立ち去りましょう。
(Then, let the leaf flow along the river, and leave the place without turning.)

・注意点(Important point.)

　 昔は紙で作った人型や人形を川に流していましたが、環境破壊になるので今は葉っぱを使用します。
(People used to let a man-shaped model or doll made of paper flow along the river. Nowadays, the custom can cause environmental destruction so we use a leaf instead.)

　近くに川がない場合は、トイレットペーパーで人型を作って、それをトイレに流しても大丈夫です。
(If there is no river in your vicinity, you can make a man-shaped model using toilet paper and flush it down in the toilet.)
