　ミツバチ は にんげん に ハチミツ を とられて しまう のが、いまいましくて たまりません でした。
　A honeybee hated that human took its honey away.

　そこで ゼウス の かみ の ところ へ いって、
　So one day, the bee went to the God Zeus.

「ハチミツ に て を だす もの を、はり で さしころす こと が できる よう に して ください」と、おねがい しました。
“Please give me a poisonous sting to kill anyone who tries to take my honey,”

と、おねがい しました。
　he begged to Zeus.

　ゼウス は ミツバチ の かんがえかた は むし が よすぎる と おもった ので、
　Zeus didn’t like the bee’s idea because that's what they call wishful thinking.

　それから は、ミツバチ が はり で だれか を さしたら、
　Therefore, he decided the rule that if a bee stings someone,

　それきり はり が おれて しんで しまう と いう よう に きめて しまいました。
　its sting will bent and the bee itself will die.



　この おはなし は、

　じぶん も ひどいめ に あう こと を しょうち の うえ で、それでも、あいて を ひどいめ に あわせたい と かんがえる、
　a vindictive person who intends to hurt someone being aware of his own risk

　しゅうねんぶかい ひと に あてはまります。
