　手のひらに人差し指で☆のマークを描いて、☆を描いた手をぎゅっと握ります。

　握ったこぶしの☆が心臓に入っていくイメージで、胸をトントントンと３回叩きます。
(Pat your chest three times with the fist as if sending the star into your heart. )
