　好きな人の写真。
　A photo of your love interest.

・方法(Procedure)
　好きな人の写真に想いを込めながら、写真に写った好きの人の胸を左の薬指で３回ノックすると想いが通じる。
　Try to project your feelings on the photo of your love interest and tap on where his/her heart is 3 times with your left ring finger.

・注意点(Important point.)
　朝起きた時と寝る前の１日２回行う。
　Do this twice a day; in the morning when you wake up, and at night before you sleep.
