こガラス と おおガラス ①

　こガラス の なか に、とくべつ からだ の おおきい のが いちわ いました。
　There was an outstandingly big crow in the flock of small crows.。

　この おおきな こガラス は、じぶん の なかま を けいべつ して、
　This big crow looked down on the other smaller crows and he thought,

「こんな チビ と いっしょに いても つまらない。おおガラス の ところへ いこう」
“It’s not fun to hang out with these small guys. I’ll join the flock of ravens.”

と、おおガラス の なかま に はいろうと しました。
　Then, he actually tried to join them.

　けれども こガラス は おおガラス と すがた も こえ も ちがう ので、おおガラスたち は、
　But he was much smaller and his voice was different from the ravens, so they thought,

「へんな やつ が きたぞ」
“Look. There’s a strange one.”

と、よってたかって、この こガラス を おいかえしました。
　And then they gathered and tried to make him go away.

　おおきな こガラス は しかたがない ので こガラス の ところ へ もどりましたが、
　He had no choice but return to the flock of crows,

　こガラス は けいべつ された こと に はら を たてて いましたから、もう なかま に いれて くれません。
　but they wouldn’t let him join them because they were upset that he looked down on them.

　こうして おおきな こガラス は、ひとりぼっち に なって しまいました。
　That’s why he became totally alone.



　これは、にんげん にも あてはまる おはなし です。
　This could apply to human too.

　べつ の グループ に いくとき は、よく かんがえてから こうどう しましょう。
　You should think over before you join other groups.
