　洗顔フォームをよく泡立てます。
(Foam facial wash soap well.)

　その泡で両方のほっぺたに三日月のマークを描きます。
(Apply the foam on your both cheeks and shape crescents on them.)

　鏡にも泡立てた洗顔フォームで、三日月のマークを２つ描きます。
(Apply the foam on a mirror too and create two crescents on it.)

　三日月のマークの洗顔フォームで自分の顔と鏡をきれいに洗い、きれいになった鏡にきれいになった顔を写して笑顔の練習をします。
(With the crescent-shaped foam, wash your face and the mirror well.? On the shiny mirror, you will see your shiny skin and practice to make a good smile.)

・注意点(Important point.)

　鏡に付ける洗顔フォームは、少量でかまいません。
